Welcome to Life in Bold! You're Officially a Guest! 🎉

Book your date below then read my cute lil’ orientation at least 24 hours before your taping!

Hey there!

First off—CONGRATULATIONS and WELCOME! You’ve been invited to be a guest on the Life in Bold Podcast, and I couldn’t be more excited to have you on the show. This is your official orientation—a quick guide to help you know what to expect and how to get ready for a great experience.

Whether you’re here to share your creative path, reflect on a big life decision, or just have a real, honest convo—we're gonna make something powerful together. And fun. Always fun.

🎙 Recording Options

You have two ways to record your episode:

  1. In Person (Preferred if you’re based in NYC!)

  2. Zoom (Great for folks outside the city or anyone who needs the remote option)

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each setup (Zoom or in-person) involves a good amount of prep—camera rigs, lights, sound, etc.—so please try not to change your format last minute.
That said, if you need to switch things up, just give me at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll make it work!

ALSO: If you wake up feeling tired, stressed, sick, anxiety ridden, hungry, or any of the above or below, please feel comfortable canceling, even last minute— of course we should all keep our commitments, but it will be SO much better for us to have a quality, fun episode vs having you yawn or sniffle through the episode or need to cut things short to pack your day with other plans :) <3

📍 If You're Coming In Person

  • We'll be filming in my cozy East Village apartment studio.

  • Your episode will be recorded on both video and audio, so come camera-ready.

  • DRESS CODE: Wear what makes you feel bold! I will likely be in color and the set is full of lots of yellows and rainbow color! Feel free to also wear anything sparkly or Hannah Montana related. But more than anything, don’t wear anything you’ll feel too exposed in on Camera— or not exposed enough! Gotta be comfy. I love it when guests wear bright, bold colors—they really pop on screen and perform better on social media—but truly, wear whatever feels most “you.”

  • I’ll have water & some snacks ready, and we’ll dive into the convo pretty quickly after you arrive.

  • After we record, we’ll reflect a little on the episode, and then you’re free to head out—I usually jump right into editing or filming the next piece.

✨ Final Thoughts

Life in Bold is all about celebrating people who are living with heart, courage, and authenticity—and that’s exactly why you’re here.

This show is a space for truth, creativity, laughs, vulnerability, and inspiration. I'm honored to have you on it.

Get hyped. Get comfy. Get ready.
You’re about to step into the world of Life in Bold.

With boldness,
Ben

📣 How to Promote Your Episode (Simple & Effective!)

Once your Life in Bold episode is live, I’d love for you to share it with your audience! I’ll be creating short video clips to make it easy and fun for you to promote—and help the episode reach more people.

Here’s what works best (and takes the least effort):

🌀 Instagram Reels (Quick & Powerful)

  • I’ll post a video clip of you saying something compelling and tag you as a collaborator.

  • Just accept the collaborator invite, and it’ll show up on both our feeds—connected to both of our accounts.

  • Once it's live, share it to your Story!

    • If you can, add a few words about why people should check it out—that always helps boost interest! But truly, do what fits your brand and voice.

🔗 Share the Link

Want to share the full episode? Choose a specific platform and share it from there! (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, etc. My preference is that you share the youtube but do what feels best to you!)

🎵 TikTok

  • Repost any video of you from @lifeinboldmedia on TikTok.

  • Want to post it directly to your page instead? Just let me know and I’ll send the file your way!

👵🏻 Facebook (Yes, Seriously)

  • If you use Facebook, it really helps to post there—even just one clip or the link.

  • For whatever reason, people do click and watch podcasts on Facebook—especially old friends and family. Don’t sleep on it!

💛 Do What Feels Right for You

You’re not required to post everything—I know every guest has their own style and audience.
But a few shares go a long way, and I’m so grateful when you help spread the word. 🙏

Thanks again for being part of Life in Bold—I’m so excited for people to hear your episode.

Let’s share it boldly.
