I want you to love what you ordered—and if something’s off, I’ll do my best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. I’m happy to offer a replacement or exchange whenever possible. In some cases, I may issue a refund.

To start a return or exchange:
Send an email to benjhawes@gmail.com with your order number, a brief note about the issue, and a photo if relevant.

Things to keep in mind:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Because each item is made to order, I don’t offer returns for general buyer’s remorse or sizing

• If you’re unsure about sizing, materials, or anything else before ordering, feel free to reach out first—I’m happy to help
